Queens Interior Design by Nicole provides interior design and decorating services for residential, commercial, and short-term rental properties. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each project are defined in a written proposal or agreement provided before work begins.
2. Consultations
Initial consultations are scheduled by appointment. Consultation details, including any applicable fees, will be confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Estimates and Budgets
Budget estimates provided during the design process are good-faith approximations. Final costs for furniture, materials, labor, and third-party services may vary based on availability, pricing changes, and project scope adjustments approved by the client.
4. Purchasing and Deliveries
When we coordinate purchasing on your behalf, orders are placed with third-party vendors. Lead times, delivery schedules, warranties, and return policies are set by those vendors. We will always communicate expected timelines and keep you informed of any changes.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their property, timely approvals of design selections, and reasonable access to the property for measurements, deliveries, and installation.
6. Intellectual Property
Design concepts, plans, and presentations created by Queens Interior Design by Nicole remain our intellectual property until the project is complete and paid in full. Website content, including photographs and text, may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We strive for excellence in every project, but we are not responsible for delays, defects, or damages caused by third-party vendors, contractors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Changes to These Terms
